a bunch of random stuff

so...i got a new job
i am now a night time manager at the Peak Fitness on Wade Hampton in Taylors, SC.
it is a great gig. I check people in (tonight i have successfully scanned 5 cards) and hold down the fort. it is literally the easiest job i have ever had thus far. i think the only thing easier would be getting paid for sleeping.
i dont make much money, but i have made less. i got this job on may 1, after i was laid off from Masters Car Stereo on Apr 30. This is the funny thing: my mom calls me and asks me to come to peak and meet her there to help her with signing up. They got the family plan and i met craig. At the end of signing up, i felt inclined to ask him about employment, keep in mind this is wed before i went to work at Masters, before i was laid off. The next day i walked in to the Wade Hampton Peak to take a tour and there sits the sales manager, my old room mate, Ross Couch. Wow. To think, if my mom had not been her usual self, i would have never even considered Peak for employment. God sure is funny.

Another exciting thing is Plasma! Did you know i can go (and am going on Saturday with Aaron Cloer) and give Plasma at the donation center on Stone Ave and they pay me! Awesome! i can make about $80 per week doin that. that is worth the prick of a needle to me, especially the way gas prices are today. i think i just saw it go up in marietta from $3.34 to $3.47 in one day! ridiculous! God provides.

I am excited about summer school and finishing at North Greenville in Dec, it will be a day to remember and a day long awaited. After that i move to Spartanburg, SC and get married to the love of my life in January. I cant wait! She is so great and so much more than i deserve. She puts up with all of my crap and still loves me more and more each day. God is good.

Lately, Me, Matt Sain, Aaron Cloer, Matthew Meekins, Joe Couyar, Eric Dewyngeart, and Adam Hughes have been playing together. We wrote some original stuff and are playing mostly praise and worship. the name of the band is Inallido. We want to lift god up that he would get all the glory and praise becuase he alone is worthy. I am excited about the potential and future there. God is a mystery.
